The Hero's Journey Coach Project was established in 2011 by four professional coaches. \\We believe that:\-the power of coaching is based on the peer relationship of the coach and the coached\-the coach is the expert in his own life and profession and the coach is an expert is supporting the client\-the coach can achieve improvements and changes in his professional, leadership or private life building on his own resources, aiming to a balance of work, health and private life\-the key to success is not the method but a sincere and respectful attitude\-the coach is able to provide support through active listening, outlining different perspectives and frameworks even in issues is in which he is personally not an expert\\The focus of coaching is always on the client. The client who is competent expert in his own life. He has all the knowledge and strengths he needs to take further steps required. He's the hero in his own life and he's the only person knowing its direction. We, coaches join the hero on his way as guides, sherpas, supporting and reinforcing his faith so that he can take the appropriate steps at the right time. The joy of discovery, the experience of success and consistency, sustainable change are the reward of the traveler on his journey during the coaching process.
