The Pop-Up Festival is an SME empowerment initiative which aims to provide young entrepreneurs with a platform to showcase, exhibit and sell their product or service. The first edition of the Pop-Up Festival which took place in Windhoek 9 December 2017 was largely successful with up to 27 business owners selling and exhibiting their products. The second edition of the festival took place in Swakopmund 12-14 July 2018 provided the same experience, exposure and business opportunities to even more business owners. The Pop-Up Festival further aims to give growing business owners and individuals this opportunity twice a year. Each year the Pop-Up Festival is guaranteed a growing audience due to relationships formed with large corporations.
