目前，Wish 有两个仓库可供商户使用：

• FBW-US-PLG 仓库：位于美国俄亥俄

• FBW-EU-AMS 仓库：位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹

自 UTC 时间2021年6月23日上午7时起，商户即可开始创建配送计划至新的 FBW-US-PLG 仓库，已经在新仓库完成入仓的库存（无论是商户通过创建配送计划产生的新库存还是从 FBW-US-ORD 或 FBW-US-LAX 仓库转移的现有库存）将可以开始出售。目前 FBW-US-PLG 仓库仅支持配送到美国，以后可能会增加支持的地区。如有相关更新，wish商户平台将及时通知商户。

欧洲仓库支持配送以下19个欧洲目的国/地区：法国、德国、意大利、英国、爱尔兰、西班牙、荷兰、丹麦、比利时、匈牙利、波兰、拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚、捷克共和国、芬兰、卢森堡、瑞典、奥地利和葡萄牙。

登录商户平台后，前往 FBW > 创建配送计划页面，该页面会直接显示您的账户当前可以使用的具体仓库。

1. What are the FBW warehouses available to me?

Currently, Wish provides access to two different warehouses:

• FBW-US-PLG warehouse: located in Ohio, the United States

• FBW-EU-AMS warehouse: located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Starting June 23, 2021 7:00AM UTC, merchants will be able to create shipping plans to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse and inventory checked in the FBW-US-PLG warehouse (either through merchant-create shipping plans or existing inventory transferred from FBW-US-ORD or FBW-US-LAX) will be available for sale. Currently, the FBW-US-PLG warehouse only supports delivery to the United States, but we may expand the supported regions and will promptly notify merchants of any updates.

The one EU warehouse supports delivery to 19 European destinations: France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Austria, and Portugal.

After signing into your Merchant Dashboard and navigating to FBW > Create a Shipping Plan page, the page itself will directly surface to you the exact warehouse(s) your account currently has access to.

常见问答(FQAS)

Wish平台支持标准的FBW仓库,如Wish标准仓库(标准配置、支持本地语言、简单上传等)、Shopify仓库(支持Shopify系统产品信息同步)等。Wish也支持部分个性化定制化的FBW仓库。

登陆Wish后台->商品管理->仓库管理,选择要连接的FBW仓库,授权连接后即可将Wish商户官网商品信息实时同步到选定的FBW仓库。连接后商品信息会自动同步,无需再手动上传。

FBW仓库成功连接Wish商户官网后,Wish商户官网商品基本信息(名称、图片、价格等)和库存信息会实时同步到FBW仓库。若商品信息在Wish商户官网或FBW仓库任一端有更新,另一端也将自动同步更新。

登陆Wish后台->商品管理->仓库管理界面可查看已连接的各个FBW仓库,详情包括仓库名称、提供商、产品数量同步情况等基本信息。如需查看更多细节,可以直接在对应FBW仓库管理平台登陆。
