APK Gestión de Aparcamientos (APK2) is a company belonging to the funds managed by Firmum Capital, specialized in the investment, operation and management of car parks. It currently manages a portfolio of more than 100 car parks and 40,000 spaces*. Excellent locations at city centers of the main cities of Spain, such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Granada, Gijón, San Sebastián or Pontevedra, as the result of a policy of selective growth.
