Our Story AddressAdvisor was created by a group of young professionals that have been on the sour end of too many rental arrangements. We have experienced first-hand the disappointment of finding out the downsides of a property only after having spent the first week there. Landlords and real estate agents only share with you the upside of their properties. But how do you find out the truth about how much rent the current or previous tenant is being charged? Whether the landlord is responsive? Any rats/cockroaches as roommates? Is there a tube station nearby that rattles the walls every morning at 3 AM? These are the real questions you have when you visit an apartment – we know, we've been there. That's why we created AddressAdvisor, to empower tenants like you by making rental home hunting transparent, easy and fun.
