We do this with two divisions: McLaren Strategic Capital and McLaren Strategic Solutions McLaren Strategic Capital comprises several initiatives. They include funds for early-stage investments (Season Two Ventures), growth venture, private equity ventures, commercial carve-out and spin-out opportunities, special purpose acquisition company (SPAC IPO in Nov 2021 with ticker symbol MLAI) and an Advisory group. These cover acceleration of innovations arising from more than 25 high-potential startups to sophisticated markets in advanced countries, consulting services in both technology and business delivered to the largest banks in the world, healthcare solutions offered to the citizens of multiple countries, and Artificial Intelligence-driven platforms that solve a variety of problems in the global financial industry that are produced from our own Foundry. McLaren Strategic Solutions comprises initiatives focused on Digital Services, Consulting, Foundry and Acceleration.
