We are two founders, one local one French. It took a long time to recruit and train the core team composed of three skilled workers (full time) and supported by an external team for heavier activity (weed cleaning, panting, harvesting, pollinating, etc.). Social dimension - We aim at promoting reforestation through the distribution of seedling. - We have a partnership with other farmers to exchange information and organize training session. Environmental dimension - We have elaborated on different composts, biochar and liquid compost for specific crops. - We do not use pesticide and synthetic fertilizer. - We use cover crops strategy. - We use a nitrogen-fixing plant. - We implement a chop & drop and pruning strategy for fertilisation and stimulation of crops growth. - We use Intercropping scheme - We use a successional scheme Economical dimension - We want to be fully transparent throughout our value chain. - We aim at creating long term relation with the employees and the communities - We pay or employees above the local wage and have an insurance benefit - We participate in reinforcing the local food system
