• General legal services on civil and criminal matters, including representation, litigation, arbitration, investigation, mediation, consultation, negotiation, and advice; • Drafting of a wide range of transactional legal instruments and documents, including inter alia contracts, concession agreements, partnership agreements, Joint Venture agreements, Will, Articles of Incorporation, and Power of Attorney; • Drafting of bills and other legislative proposals, regulations, guidelines, codes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and a wide range of policies; • Review analyze, and provide written legal opinions on complex legal matters relative to contracts and concessions, bills and/or legislations, regulations, codes, guidelines, executive orders, policies, international treaties, conventions, domestic and international litigations, and a wide range of other issues; • Provide legal interpretation and advice on the application of a wide range of Public International Law and Private International Law; • Provide consultancy on Maritime Law, Tax Law, Commercial Law, Property Law, Forestry Law, Labour Law, Domestic Relations Law, Investment Law, and Business Law amongst others; • Provide legal advocacy, legal education, sensitization and awareness on laws, regulations and other legal instruments; • General corporate (business) legal services, including business formation services, corporate/board secretarial services, and general corporate (business) legal advisement to align daily operations with applicable laws; • General legal advice/services to banks, micro-finance institutions, savings clubs, and individuals and the granting or award of loan facilities, as well as debt collection service; • General services and guidance on the purchase of real and personal properties; and, • General legal services and advice on investing in the extractive sector of Liberia.
