Lead to Influence was birthed out of the leadership concept by John Maxwell, who said, "Leadership is influence." In the effort of seeing what breaks God's heart was seeing the leadership deficit in the world today. Lead to Influence's aim is to aid businesses, non-profits, and government organizations in developing great leaders who want to demonstrate servant leadership and lead engaged teams that drive the performance of their organizations. Shanti's passion is to help organization leaders achieve meaningful transformation and growth in their personal and professional lives. She believes this transformation can also counteract poverty in the world as an organization caps out at the level of the leaders.
