Lawmentoring is India's first and the only mentorship programme dedicated to law students, especially for those who are Judicial Service aspirants. It began its journey on 1st September 2020 backed by a team comprising a faculty of law who had cleared his Judicial Service Examination with 5th rank in the very first attempt; another faculty who has cleared her National Eligibility Test with Junior Research Fellowship and students of National Law University Odisha and NALSAR Hyderabad. The purpose of this mentorship programme is to guide all those students who are preparing for judicial service examination and mentor them on a one-on-one basis until they clear their final examination. We, at Lawmentoring, believe that every individual has their own potential and their personal way to study. This programme will be tailor-made keeping in view an individual's strengths and analyze their study pattern which will help structure the best strategies and techniques for them to study. In essence, this programme will help them with their daily schedule of studies keeping in mind the work-life balance and they will have their mentor to guide them and sail along Lawmentoring aims to mentor and polish an individual's judiciary preparation strategy so that they can garner the confidence that they will clear the examination in their first attempt. Students have often approached our expert asking how to keep the motivation going during the process of preparation. And we have seen that there is a dearth of mentors and counsellors to guide law students in the right direction with the right approach. Lawmentoring will help every student by being with them throughout their journey from the inception unti one clears the examination. We will motivate you, guide you and help you with every support including mental and intellectual. We will make sure that the student develops his/her personality by giving them counselling and advise them on their daily progress by taking their feedback.
