Following the beat of the especially complied tracks of high tempo music and with certified coaches, you will practice boxing techniques, muay thai and kickboxing (always with zero contact) as well as functional training. With over 40,000 users and more than 100 centers worldwide, F3 Fitbox a subsidiary of Brooklyn Fitboxing is a training experience that turns exercise into a fun and addictive activity. "We change the body of our Fitboxers with our 47 minute workout, we change their day with our challenges, leagues and the World Championship, we have real time tracking of your synchronization and power during the workout" With new Franchise locations opened within Europe & USA in the past couple of years, we have managed to secure the exclusive rights to setup and operate the first locations within our region. We will setup 4 locations in Kuwait within 2 years with plans to expand to Bahrain & Qatar soon. We are confident that this concept will be very successful in Kuwait based on our research of the current fitness trends and concepts. Our clients will benefit from a unique experience this concept will bring to Kuwait.
