A scalable investment product needs the following 4 properties, and we can deliver them all: 1. High security: a) Clearly segregated from the other issued products so that there is no contamination risk between the products. b) Collateralization: The issuer risk is insured. All the assets are pledged to an independent trustee and serve the product only. 2. Easy to buy and sell: Through the listing on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange/EUWAX, investors can very easily buy and sell the AMC (Actively Managed Certificate) units daily. 3. Low entry hurdles: The minimum size is one unit (for instance, EUR 10) and it is even possible to have savings plans based on our AMCs. 4. Retail Public Offering rights to be able to effectively promote the product and not just Private Placement: Our AMCs have Retail Public Offering rights all over Europe.
