Net Zero Pacific Pte Ltd is focused on transition towards electric mobility in Fiji and the surrounding South Pacific island countries. Its strategy is to serve the public and private sector market of the industry with initial emphasis on targeting public transportation and private businesses with larger carbon emission footprints, including town councils and government sectors. As electric mobility is still new to the markets mentioned, there's a huge potential to carve out electric vehicle uptake through enabling government policies and regulations, especially in view of international acceptance and Fiji's pledge (at COP26) for the "ambitious reduction in carbon emissions by 30% by 2030". Net Zero Pacific, through its ecosystem and close collaboration with its EV partners and its own EV Charging network, shall identify early adopters and trend setters in its markets, as well as identifying key locations for the installation of its charging stations based on intended vehicle types, charging specifications and requirements for each market, beginning with Fiji. This will then lead to sustainability and mutual long-term benefits, accordingly.
