In a world where ambiguity and uncertainty are increasing, and the boundaries between political, security, economic, and social phenomena are declining, and when it is difficult to distinguish between the domestic and foreign, and in light of the geo-strategic and geoeconomic shifts in the Middle East, the need increases for an Egyptian think tank, based on the rules of scientific thinking, with the aim of presenting an Egyptian vision for regional and international transformations, offering different scenarios for these changes, a deeper understanding of the nature of national security threats, and putting different visions and policies before decision-makers.
