Yoga Light is a yoga and fitness company based in Macau. Incorporated from August 2016, Yoga Light was founded by the yoga Instructor Master Ritesh Kumar, who has been teaching in Macau and Hong Kong for 6 years and is renowned in the yoga community for his professional and passionate teaching. The word "YOGA" originates from Sanskrit, meaning "to join, to unite. "LIGHT" reflects inner peace, calm and relief of the stress. Yoga practice has a holistic effect that can help bring body, mind, consciousness, and soul into a balance. In Yoga Light, we strive to deliver the spirit of yoga: healing, unifying, self-awareness, love, energy, and transformation to every level of our business and community. We manifest our vision by offering different types of yoga classes to practitioners of all levels, from beginner to advanced, who would love to immerse themselves in the authentic Indian yoga practice. Focusing on a small group of classes with high quality as well as personalized instructions, Yoga Light provides various kinds of yoga classes, taking care of the unique needs of each and every practitioner. We also offer private classes at our center or your preferred location, as well as the corporate classes at the business places. In addition, yoga workshop, retreats, teacher training, and events will be held on regular bases. Our facilities include but not limited changing rooms, lockers, yoga mats and other yoga props.
