ALPHALAPIA is working in the field of Aquaculture for more than 35 years. The team includes aquaculture experts as well as engineers, veterinary and economists. In the last fifteen years, Alphalapia is involved in consulting, marketing, designing, setting up fish farms, designing, building processing plants and training farming teams. In addition, Alphalapia is researching and writing feasibility studies and business plans. Most of our work in the past years was in Israel, Brazil, and West Africa countries: Togo, Nigeria, Ghana, Gabon, Chad, Ivory Coast , Kenya and Angola. Alphalapia mission is to assist her customers in a variety of aspects, based on the business goals. Our key focus and expertise are: 1. Locations analysis and selection: A. Finding the right place to set up the fish farm. B. Evaluating the area around the farm (for setting the facilities to serve the farm). C. Water quality including depth of the water (for cages system), chemical analysis and other parameters. 2. Economic and business evaluation: A. Business and farm planning. B. Farm setup - including engineering design, equipment purchasing and actual setup. C. Broodstock (the parents) selection and purchasing. 3. Running the farm production, which including fingerlings production, grow out production, designing, processing plant set up, feed, health, training workers and more. Marketing: our broad study and experience in the local market and exporting reveal that the market has a great potential by demand in most countries in the world.
