拖车流程

1.接单：客户根据其出柜计划，提前将“BOOKING CONFIRM”和“拖车作业委托书”传真。

2.审单：操作组在接到单后，将严格审核做柜日期、地点、报关方式等，要明确S/O NO，柜型，柜量，运价，是否代报送以及各项费用等。审核通过后会立即给客户以email、传真或是电话形式确认接受委托。

3.制单：审完单后会根据做柜的日期和客户出柜需要来决定制单的时间，以避免不必要的制单费的浪费。制单组会根据操作组的安排，凭S/O到相应的船公司换取正式的E I R。

4.反馈：制单组将制单的信息，如提柜地点或是共它异常情况会通知操作组，操作组再将此信息反馈给SINOTECH的客户。

5.计划派单：在接到操作组的出柜计划后，会根据公司内部客观情况来决定车辆安排。然后将填写整齐的达济“拖运作业单”和“码头提柜单”以及客户特殊要求的其它单据订在一起完整无误地交给安排的司机。

6.反馈调度组24小时跟踪车辆动态，并将车辆信息，如车牌号，司机资料，柜号等及时反馈到操作组，然后操作组再将相应的信息反馈给SINOTECH客户。

7.报送：司机在装完货后并在当地海关封完关后，会将重柜交到码头。操作组将重柜纸以及报送资料交到报送组，报送组将报送动态通过操作组反馈给客户。

8.invoice出具：该批柜放行后，达济将根据以上出具INVOICE，以便客户及时确认各项费用。
